THE CARRXPERT WARRANTY

At Carrosserie Auto Québec, we are committed to providing high-quality repairs that meet the industry’s highest standards. When repairs are performed following a loss covered by your insurance company, you benefit from the CarrXpert Warranty, an assurance that reflects the confidence placed in the expertise of CarrXpert network repair centres.

This warranty is designed to provide additional peace of mind and ensure your satisfaction with the work performed on your vehicle.

Conditions

The insured must still own the vehicle when submitting a warranty claim.
The warranty applies only to repairs performed by a CarrXpert network member.
Parts are covered only by the warranty offered by their supplier or manufacturer.
All claims under this warranty must be submitted to the CarrXpert network member that performed the repairs. The repair centre may request to inspect the vehicle to determine whether the claim is eligible.
The customer must provide the CarrXpert representative with the invoice, warranty certificate, and estimate for the repairs covered by their insurance company.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to vehicles used for commercial purposes.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by rust or normal vehicle aging, misuse or abuse, chemical fallout, pollution, a subsequent collision, or vandalism.
Coverage under this warranty cannot exceed the original cost of the repairs performed.
